Located in the historic Biltmore neighborhood, Bond is a new experiential office space leading a movement to enhance workplace post-pandemic culture. Together, we created a brand experience that helped them raise over $52M in capital and lease most of the space before breaking ground on new construction.
Bond features never-before-seen amenities in an office building such as an underground speakeasy, lobby bar/cafe, a 2-story wellness center, a 120-person training room, 12 conference rooms, a library and so much more.
From the elegant design approach inspired by the building’s interior to two bespoke sub brands, every component of the Bond brand goes above and beyond to build desire for a better-connected office experience.
